St. John’s since September 2007. He has extensive experience as a rector, assistant
rector, and interim rector and has nurtured parish growth in every parish he has served. He is known for good sermons
for both adults and children, sensitive and compassionate pastoral care and counseling, a great sense of humor, the
chanting of the liturgy, and good administrative skills. He is a graduate of The General Theological Seminary in New York
City.
is from Iowa but has lived in the Columbus area since 1991. He is married to Karen and they have three children. He graduated from Bexley Hall Seminary and has served at St. John Church since 2008.
David is a Life member of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew, an evangelizing ministry of men; he is a Cursillista through the Columbus Cum Christo,
has participated in the Kairos Prison Ministry at Marion, and is currently a Trustee of the Episcopal Community Services Foundation.
part-time since February 2007. She is originally from Liberia, and is licensed to officiate in the Diocese of
Southern Ohio. She is currently working on her Doctor of Ministry degree at the Methodist Theological School of Ohio
in Delaware, Ohio.

North Central Correctional Institution in Marion, OH and is active in Kairos ministries. She is also a professional
counselor and an Oblate of St. Benedict.

He studied at the Julliard School and graduated from Columbia University in New York city. He works full time as a
professor of music at Otterbein College.
